Interesting stuff

This was my first real estate investment - let alone an out-of-state investment. I purchased the property 20% down with the idea that I would wait a year, and if things went well, would purchase another. If things didn't go well, it wouldn't be the end of the world either as I should be able to recoup most of the investment by selling the property.

Fortunately for my real estate career, the investment has gone smoothly and the property has appreciated a considerable amount from a percentage basis (according to Zillow).

My experience with this property has allowed me to create a team in Huntsville and knowledge of both the area and the real estate investment process. This allows me to effectively "plug and play" future investment in Huntsville with minimal effort.
