Investments

I'm sprinting towards my goal of early retirement, which will occur once my investments are able to produce enough passive income to cover my life expenses. To reach this goal, I am funneling as much money I can into high growth assets (stocks and crypto) with the plan to convert the majority of these high growth assets into income producing assets (real estate) once they've reached a certain dollar amount that will equate to income producing real estate sufficient to cover my life expenses.

My primary thesis is that cash is trash (as made even more evident with the government's 2020 and 2021 printing), and that nearly any investment asset is better than cash. This has resulted in my more aggressive conversion of cash into investments starting in 2020. I don't actively trade assets, and simply buy (on an automatic recurring weekly basis) and hold.
