I run a Facebook group to help people invest in out of state rental properties. Members would often ask if they can invest alongside me, but with relatively small deals, it wouldn’t make much sense for me to bring on outside capital if that meant extra legal hurdles.
With the help of my partners with years of legal experience however, we determined there was a way to effectively structure these deals through crypto. I’ve been passively invested in crypto for many years now and had always been interested in actively working on a project in the web3 space.
